A customer describes an appliance fault or a repair job.
Attention for your customer. A next step for your business.
Collect a description of the job, the area, and a preferred time so a technician can assess the work and arrange a visit.
A customer asks about the service area, assessment fees, and how a visit is arranged.
A customer wants to coordinate several jobs and share their preferences with the technician.
The technician receives a structured request; the price, visit, and scope of work are agreed after reviewing the details.

Let's work through them.
Can a price be calculated in a chat?
For a standard service, you can explain the approved rate. If the scope of work is unclear, record the details and arrange an assessment; materials and additional work should be listed separately.
When should we ask for the exact address?
After checking the service area and confirming that a visit is needed. The area is usually enough at the first step; the address is shared only with those carrying out the job.
Can the customer attach a photo?
If the chosen channel supports secure image sharing, explain exactly what the photo should show. A photo helps assess the job, but does not replace an inspection or establish the cause of the fault.
How is a technician's visit arranged?
Pass on the description, area, and preferred time window. The visit is scheduled only after the responsible person confirms it; do not promise an arrival time without an agreed schedule.
