Before you begin
An approved price list, service or product descriptions, business rules, and an owner for each source.
What to do
Complete 5 steps
Review your sources
Organise the information into products and services, prices, opening hours, delivery or bookings, exchanges, and frequently asked questions. Record a review date and an owner for each source.
Resolve inconsistencies
Remove duplicates and contradictions. If a price depends on conditions, state those conditions alongside it; keep expired promotions separate from the current offer.
Prepare answers
Prepare concise answers using the wording your customers actually use. Keep terms, units of measurement, and restrictions consistent across Russian, Kazakh and English.
Set boundaries
Define the boundaries: what the knowledge base can answer, when clarification is needed, and which questions go to a person. When information is missing, acknowledge this and offer a next step.
Test questions
After uploading or changing a source, test a set of questions using the method available in your setup. Check prices, exceptions, and unknown products separately, and record any errors you find.
Check the result
Run the scenario with test data. Verify the result in your business system and make sure the responsible employee knows the next step.
This guide explains how to prepare and test a process. Available actions depend on your setup.
